Our Beer

Onze Louis Van Ballaer

Belgian high fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle.

A somewhat complex tripel with a soft bitterness and hint of Louie's character.

33 cl

Alcohol content: 7.5%.

Ingredients: barley malt, wheat malt, spelt malt, Belgian aroma hops, sugar, yeast and water.

Brewing process: Brewed by Zwaan9 from Nov 23 at Maenhout, Oostnieuwkerke.

All our beers are traditionally brewed with quality malts and Belgian hops. Our beers are "pure nature" which means that we do not add malt and hop extracts or non-natural additives. An atypical yeast is always used for the main fermentation resulting in a beer with a "corner off"
